Prosecutors are investigating the allegation of Daejang-dong development, and have forced the son of Kwak Sang-do not to dispose of the 5 billion won he received from Hwacheon Daeyu in the name of severance pay. The key people suspected of developing Daejang-dong were also summoned to the prosecution yesterday (26th), and the handling of new recruits for them is getting closer.

Prosecutors charged Kim Man-bae, the owner of Hwacheon Daewoo, who paid 5 billion won in bribes to Rep. Kwak Sang-do on the 12th.

It is suspected that Kwak paid 5 billion won to the son of Kwak, who was an employee of Hwacheon Daeyu, in the name of severance pay, etc.

Kim Man-bae claims that the money was paid by Kwak's son due to an industrial accident, not as a bribe.

However, on the 21st, the prosecution investigated Kwak's son as a suspect and how he received 5 billion won.

After completing the basic investigation, the prosecution requested the preservation of additional fines to prevent them from disposing of 5 billion won of the property of Rep. Kwak and his son, and the court accepted it.

It is known that the target of the additional collection preservation is 10 accounts of the son of Congressman Kwak.

As a result, Kwak and his son could not arbitrarily dispose of 5 billion won of property suspected of criminal proceeds until their guilt or innocence was confirmed.

The prosecution is conducting an investigation yesterday by calling in Kim Man-bae, lawyer Nam Wook, who are key figures in the Daejang-dong project suspicion, and Jeong Min-yong, a former head of the strategic investment team at Seongnam Urban Development Corporation.

Prosecutors are said to be looking for evidence to prove the alleged breach of trust that they caused damage to Seongnam City by making huge profits from the Daejang-dong project.

After going through this final reinforcement investigation, it seems that it will be decided soon whether to request an arrest warrant for Kim Man-bae and lawyer Nam-wook.
