The prosecution, which is investigating the case of Daejang-dong development lobby and preferential treatment, summoned Kim Man-bae, the major shareholder of Hwacheon Daeyu, again today (24th).
As Kim entered the investigation, he said, "I will go in and tell you in detail" and "I will be investigated sincerely."
Prosecutors believe that Mr. Kim designed the project so that a large sum of money would be returned to a private operator, causing hundreds of billions of won in damage to Seongnam Urban Development Corporation.
Prosecutors plan to request an arrest warrant again soon after conducting a reinforcement investigation into the crime against Kim.
This afternoon, lawyer Nam Wook will also be summoned for investigation.
