Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office charged with bribery of 70.3 billion won by detaining and prosecuting former head Dong-gyu Yoo.

In 2013, former general manager Yoo was charged with receiving 350 million won for business convenience from a private development company in Daejang-dong, and between 2014 and 2015, Hwacheon Daeyu received 70 billion won for providing convenience related to the Daejang-dong project. The charges promised were applied.

Earlier, at the time of the arrest warrant request, there was also an allegation of receiving a bribe worth 500 million won from the owner of Hwacheon Daewoo Kim Man-bae, but this was excluded.

Prosecutors have also investigated allegations of breach of trust, which caused damage to Seongnam City by allowing private businesses to make huge profits against Yoo, in particular, but did not apply the charge of breach of trust to the contents of this indictment.

It is known that the specific amount of breach of trust has not been specified, and it is known that they are in a position to review whether the charge of breach of trust is applied after securing additional evidence.

In the case of breach of trust, it is one of the important points of this investigation, as it is considered as a link to the investigation of higher-level officials.

Prosecutors also conducted a cross-examination against the so-called Daejang-dong suspects, including former General Manager Yoo, Mr. Kim Man-bae, and accountant Jeong Young-hak and lawyer Nam Wook.

In the midst of this, the prosecution raided the mayor's office of Seongnam City Hall yesterday (21st).

There has been a point of 'look out for Lee Jae-myung' about being excluded from the search and seizure, but there are still voices of criticism as to whether there will be any evidence related to the delayed search and seizure.
