In October 2015, Jung established Company A, whose main business is real estate leasing, and acquired 100% of the shares. Deposit has been received.
In the process of operating the hospital, he borrowed the entire building in Cheongdam-dong and needed funds such as a deposit of 3 billion won and a monthly rent of 120 million won, so he borrowed a lot of money from his acquaintances. was investigated.
Jung said, "At the beginning, we decided to establish and jointly operate a company with a Chinese investor to support hospital management. " asserted.
However, the court ruled that "the money deposited in the victim's account is clearly the company's funds, and it cannot be regarded as an investment paid by a Chinese investor to the defendant."
The court also said, "There are circumstances in which the accused has agreed to an agreement with a Chinese investor to use part of the company's funds for hospitals." I can't," he explained.
