The 'four people', who were identified as key figures in the Daejang-dong development lobby and preferential treatment allegations, were simultaneously summoned to the prosecution today (20th) and are being investigated.

The possibility that the prosecution will conduct a cross-examination against these four people is being discussed as their positions on the allegations are mixed and they are shifting responsibility to each other.

Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office Special Investigation Team 4th Deputy Prosecutor Tae-hoon Kim was arrested this afternoon on charges of bribery, including Attorney Nam-wook Nam, owner of Cheonhwa-dongin No. 4, Kim Man-bae, owner of Hwacheon Daeyu, and accountant Jeong Young-hak, owner of Cheonhwa-dongin No. 5. is summoned to investigate.

Accountant Jung and Attorney Nam previously stated that they intend to shift the blame for the lobbying and favoritism allegations to Mr.

On the other hand, Mr. Kim disputed the credibility of the transcripts of Accountant Jeong and refuted that some of the contents were in the transcript, and former general manager Yoo also claimed that there was no lobbying or preferential treatment in the business process.

The prosecution seems to focus on composing one organized crime fact by arranging the conflicting statements in today's investigation of these four people.

For this reason, there are also observations that a cross-examination may be conducted to cross-validate their conflicting statements.

As soon as the additional investigation is completed, the prosecution plans to request an arrest warrant for Kim Man-bae and lawyer Nam-wook.
