Attorney Nam Wook, a key figure in suspicion of lobbying and preferential treatment in Daejang-dong, who is staying in the United States, is scheduled to return to Korea tomorrow (18th).

After returning to Korea tomorrow morning, lawyer Nam will be investigated by the Seoul Central Prosecutor's Office's dedicated investigation team regarding the allegations of preferential treatment and lobbying in Daejang-dong.

Prosecutors can immediately issue an arrest warrant at the airport once Mr. Nam enters the country.

Attorney Nam has already hired a lawyer from a large law firm in the United States to prepare for the prosecution's investigation.

Since the current prosecution investigation has limitations in expanding the investigation with only the transcript of accountant Jeong Young-hak, the prosecution wants to reveal the reality of the ‘70 billion won contract theory’, ‘5 billion won promise club suspicion’, and ‘Seongnam city 35 billion won lobby theory’. We plan to investigate the facts by directly investigating lawyer Nam, who has been working with accountant Eun-jung for a long time.

In particular, there is an observation that if lawyer Nam enters the country, a cross-examination of the so-called 'Daejang-dong team' may be continued if lawyer Nam enters the country, including former general manager Yoo Dong-gyu, Kim Man-bae, owner of Hwacheon Daeyu, and accountant Jeong Young-hak.
