The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Cyber ​​Investigation Division announced today (14th) that it had arrested four people, including the main culprit A, on charges of violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act (photographing using a camera) and sent them to the prosecution earlier this month.
