As the spread of COVID-19 in Korea continues, the number of new confirmed cases today (14th) reached the mid-1,900 range.



The 4th pandemic, which started in the Seoul metropolitan area in early July, has already continued for 100 days.



The Central Quarantine Countermeasures Headquarters announced that as of 00:00 today, there were 1,940 new confirmed cases, bringing the total to 337,679.



The number of new confirmed cases increased by 356 from yesterday (1,584), but it is 485 fewer than the 2,425 on Wednesday of last week (as of October 7 as of the announcement date) a week ago.



If you look at the route of infection of the new confirmed cases today, 1,924 local cases and 16 people imported from abroad.



The number of confirmed cases per day has been in the four digits for 100 days in a row since July 7 (1,211 people).



From the 8th to today, if you look at the new confirmed cases in the last week, 2,175 → 1,953 → 1,594 → 1,297 → 1,347 → 1,584 → 1,940 by day , and the number of confirmed cases was below 2,000 for all six days in a row except for one day.
