Another key figure in the suspicion of preferential treatment for Daejang-dong, lawyer Nam Wook, is currently in the United States, but the Ministry of Foreign Affairs notified him to return his passport and pressured him to return home. Attorney Nam-wook, who said he intends to enter Korea soon, confessed that he had heard Man-bae Kim talking about the lobby.

Reporter Hong Young-jae will tell you about this.

Attorney Nam-wook, who moved to the United States just before Chuseok last month, when allegations of large-scale labor began in earnest.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which received the request of the prosecution's investigation team, said that it had ordered lawyer Nam to return his passport and took measures to restrict the issuance of additional passports.

Lawyer Nam, who insisted that he did not flee, also said that he would return to Korea soon, so whether he entered the country voluntarily or unintentionally, it became a known fact.

At the time when the parties to the suspicion of preferential treatment for development in Daejang-dong were being investigated one after another, lawyer Nam also confided his position.

He said that he himself heard that Kim Man-bae promised 70 billion won to former general manager Yoo Dong-gyu, and when he heard about 35 billion won lobbying money, he thought that it would cause a lot of trouble if he went outside.

He also said that it would be true if the transcript said that Cheonhwa-dongin No. 1 belonged to him, but he also said that he did not know who he was, but that Mr. Kim did not refer to former general manager Yoo as him.

This is in the same vein as the transcript submitted by Accountant Jeong Young-hak to the prosecution and the statement made by Min-yong Jung, a lawyer who works with former General Manager Yoo.

Accordingly, it seems that Kim Man-bae mentioned lobbying for former general manager Yoo, the Seongnam City Council, and the 5 billion promise group in front of them, and it is hardened to be true.

However, Mr. Kim said he did not say this, but he is changing his words to say that he lied to prevent the conflict between business partners from spreading.
