Yesterday (11th), a fishing boat with 12 people capsized near Maemuldo, Tongyeong, Gyeongnam, was fortunately rescued. In Busan, a leisure boat carrying 9 people overturned in the waves, causing a series of overturning accidents.

Shortly thereafter, a marine police officer arrives and uses a safety leash to move the people to another boat.

Yesterday, around 12:10 pm, a report was received that a 4.5-ton fishing boat carrying 12 people was capsized about 8 km east of Maemuldo in Tongyeong-si, Gyeongsangnam-do.



The Coast Guard rescued all 12 people, but it was reported that all were not life-threatening.



The Coast Guard believes that the ship that went out to the sea for skin scuba and other activities overturned due to the rising waves as the weather worsened.

One 5-ton leisure boat capsized and sank in the waters near Namhyeong Island in Busan yesterday around 11:10 am.



Nine people on the boat fell into the water in the accident and were rescued an hour later.



The Coast Guard believes that the boat capsized when a large amount of seawater suddenly rushed into the boat.

Yesterday around 2:20 PM, a fire broke out in a detached house in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.



All three residents were out, so no one was injured, but the inside of the house was completely burned, causing property damage estimated at 10 million won by the fire department.
