In particular, it is known that Mr. Jung helped Attorney Nam turn his property into cash through Cheonhwa-dongin No. 4 before leaving for the United States.

Attorney Nam transferred about 20% of his stake in Cheonhwa-dongin No. 4, which he owns 100%, to a consulting firm, Bomden, which Jung owns, for 4 billion won.

Conversely, Cheonhwa-dongin No. 4 holds a 21% stake in Bomden.
