"As we can observe in the world, RNA vaccines against coronavirus reduce their effectiveness in the situation with the delta strain, especially in comparison with the Russian vaccines Sputnik V and Kovivak, which turned out to be more effective in this situation," said Sergeev.

Earlier, scientists from the National University of Cordoba conducted research, according to which the Russian Sputnik V vaccine was more effective against the delta coronavirus strain than the drugs from AstraZeneca and Sinopharm.
