The story of a citizen who lost consciousness and blocked a car that was rolling in danger with his own car and carried out rescue activities was told.

On the 27th, the Chungnam Fire Department announced that it plans to commend Lee Mo (58), who gave decisive help to the rescue of a driver who suddenly lost consciousness while driving, as an exemplary citizen.

Lee, who lives in Asan, was driving in the direction of Jochiwon on a two-lane two-lane road in Dongsan-ri, Tangjeong-myeon around 11:26 am on the 26th, and found an SUV slowly crossing the center line in the opposite lane.

Sensing something unusual, Mr. Lee stopped the SUV rolling in his car and got out of the car and looked at the driver's seat.

In the car, there was a driver who collapsed in the direction of the passenger seat and had convulsions, and Mr. Lee immediately called 911.

We also took control of the vehicle to prevent a secondary accident together with other drivers.

The driver, who recovered consciousness after a while due to Mr. Lee's quick safety measures, was safely transported to a nearby hospital with the help of 119 personnel who arrived shortly thereafter.

The driver is currently receiving treatment in a hospital.

The Chungnam Fire Department plans to commend him as a model citizen by announcing that "Lee's actions, which prevented secondary accidents with quick judgment and calmly called 911, will serve as a model for citizenship."
