Prosecutors have requested a one-year prison sentence for actress Lizzy (real name Park Soo-young.

Today (27th), Judge Yang So-eun, the 21st independent detective of the Seoul Central District Court, held the first trial of Lizzy, who was charged with violating the Act on Aggravated Punishment for Specific Crimes (Dangerous Driving).

Lizzy, who appeared in court, said in her final statement, "I am truly sorry to the taxi driver who was harmed by a drunken accident.

Then, he said, "I am a person who has strict standards for myself."

He continued, "I have loved myself, but after this incident, I feel regret and guilt every day, and I reflect and blame myself even in my dreams. "He appealed to the court for mercy.

Lizzy, who appeared in court in a black suit, even cried as she tried to read her final statement.

The trial ended in about five minutes when Lizzy admitted all the charges.

Initially, the police applied Lizzy only to the charge of drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act, but the prosecution also applied the charge of dangerous driving under the Aggravated Punishment Act for Specific Crimes, considering that the taxi driver was injured for about two weeks before being sent to trial.

At the time of the accident, Lizzy's blood alcohol level was found to be over 0.1%, which was found to exceed the level of license revocation (0.08%).

Meanwhile, Lizzy's sentencing is scheduled for October 28.
