The prosecution judged Kang Yoon-seong, who killed two women before and after damaging the electronic anklet, as a psychopath and handed it over to trial.

The 3rd Detective Division of the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office announced that they had charged Yoon-seong Kang with seven counts, including robbery and murder.

Prosecutors determined that Kang Yoon-seong was a 'psychopath' with an antisocial personality disorder, considering that he viewed the victim as a sexual and economic means.

As a result of the integrated psychological analysis of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, Kang Yun-seong showed a strong desire to manipulate the victim, as well as an excessive obsession with money and a desire for control.
