A 30-year-old man has been sentenced to prison for assaulting his ex-girlfriend for more than 10 days and making excuses for "traveling".

The 2nd Criminal Division of the Chuncheon District Court announced on the 21st that 36-year-old A, who was charged with serious confinement and other charges, was sentenced to three years in prison.

In March, Mr. A said, "I want to hand over my personal safe and apologize." After calling out Mr. B (30), who broke up with an assault case two days ago, he gave various excuses to move around the motel, and then returned to his home four days later. They took the phone and put him in custody.

Person A threatened “If you run away, I will kill you” and beat Mr. B while walking around Daejeon, Sokcho, Hongcheon, and Chuncheon motels for over 10 days.

Mr. B made it difficult to breathe because he didn't listen, grabbed his hair and hit him in the face.

Person A, who was handed over to the trial, insisted that he did not detain him, saying, "We only traveled together in a romantic relationship," but the court did not accept it.

"The quality of the crime is very poor, and it seems that the victim's suffering must have been very great," the court said.
