Police have applied for an arrest warrant for a man who injured four people by swinging a knife on the ground that garbage was thrown towards his house.

The Yangcheon Police Station in Seoul applied for an arrest warrant today (20th) for a 67-year-old man on charges of special injuries.

Yesterday around 11pm, he is accused of stabbing the owner of the junkyard with an iron pipe in front of a junk shop in Sinwol-dong, and stabbing three people, including an old man who picks up waste paper and sells it.

At that time, Mr. A said, "I told you many times, but the paper came over to the villa parking lot," and was investigated as being furious and finding a junk shop with a weapon.

At junk stores that handle waste paper, etc., sometimes the wind blows the paper or plastic over to the villa parking lot, which is a problem.

The victims, who suffered injuries to their hands, chest, and legs, were taken to a hospital for treatment, but it was reported that there was no life-threatening injury.

The police have arrested A and are investigating the current criminal while imprisoned in a detention center.
