The first trial of a man in his 40s charged with murdering an ex-colleague for the purpose of extorting money while experiencing financial hardship was held.

On the 13th (13th), on the trial date for the robbery and murder of 41-year-old A, which was held at the hearing of the 11th Criminal Settlement Agreement (Chief Judge Moon Byung-chan) of the Seoul Western District Court, Mr. A admitted all the charges related to the case.

On July 13, Mr. A went to the office of Victim B in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and was charged with putting a shock gun to Mr. B's neck, who was sitting on a chair, and killing Mr. B with a blunt and knife.

On the same day, he is also accused of accessing B's stock account and selling B's stock worth 990 million won 29 times, and stealing wallets, laptops, cell phones, computer bodies, and cash.

Afterwards, it was investigated that Mr. A abandoned the body of Mr. B in a septic tank at a factory in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do, which he operates.

According to the prosecution, Mr. A owed about 450 million won due to business failure and was under pressure to repay the debt. I got the news.

Mr. A asked Mr. B to borrow money, but he was refused, so he decided to take Mr. B's money and run away abroad.

It was found that Mr. A thoroughly planned the crime by searching the Internet for 'shock weapon' from last May, two months before the crime, and purchasing a truck carrying the body of Mr. B.

Mr. B's wife, who attended today's trial, cried and asked the judge for severe punishment. He said, "I heard that my husband helped Mr. A when he had an embarrassing situation at the company in the early days of joining the company.

B's wife continued, "I don't understand that A did this even though he can't remember and repay the money he borrowed. I don't know if my husband, who is a father and the head of the family, could have done that. I hope he will be punished severely."
