A new investigation for "rape of minors" was opened in early August against television producer Gérard Louvin and her husband Daniel Moyne, already targeted by an investigation since the end of January, the Paris prosecutor's office said on Saturday, confirming information from the Parisian.

"In the spring, a couple who lived in Rio de Janeiro between 1999 and 2009 communicated to the courts a certificate in which they claim to have been aware of the organization by the two men of paid sex parties with minors from the favelas," says the Parisian.
