A salesman who accidentally left drugs at a convenience store was caught by the police after a call from an employee who urgently called and noticed a suspicious look.



The Seoul Gwanak Police Station is investigating a man A in his 20s on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.



Mr. A urgently called a franchise convenience store in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu around 1:40 a.m. on the 7th.



He said, "I'm a customer who just stopped by, but I think I left a medicine bag." He said, "I'm going now, so please check if there is one."



An employee found a short straw and a white powdered medicine bag in the store and reported it to the police.



Police arrived and arrested A.



Person A is said to have admitted to buying drugs, saying, "I gave it to an acquaintance in Gangnam-gu around the end of last month."



The police commissioned the National Institute of Scientific Investigation to analyze the precise composition of the white powder in the medicine bag.



In addition, we believe that A obtained drugs for the purpose of selling them to others, and we are investigating the place of purchase and the place of sale.
