North Korean defector A vividly remembers what he experienced while living at his aunt's house in Seoul four years ago.

When A, who was in the third year of middle school at the time, was alone at home, a man approached in underwear and it was police officer B.

[Mr A/Victim: When I came home from school, he came into my room and touched his body parts, telling me to take responsibility… .]

Mr. A lived with his aunt who defected from North Korea, and Mr. B, who had previously worked to support family settlements, tried to molest him.

When Mr. A, who was frightened, tried to leave the house, he even tried to keep his mouth shut.

[Mr A/Victim: What happened to me today is a secret, and you shouldn't tell anyone until you die. Don't tell me he's working hard to help your family... .]

Mr. B's atrocities did not stop.

It is said that he often went to the house and forced them to 'say that you love them', and ordered the destruction of evidence from time to time.

[Mr A/Victim: 'I truly love you, but how are you?' ask like this When I receive a phone call or a text message, I say, 'Delete this content, delete KakaoTalk' (I said.) I just made it erase everything.] I

suspect Grooming sexual violence against Mr. A, but Mr. A, who had just escaped from North Korea I was ill and survived that time.

Before I had the courage to tell the truth about the damage, my mental illness deepened and I was recently diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.

[Mr A/Victim: I remember all the expressions and postures they looked down at me... I was young at the time, and I had no one to turn to. I'm just living a life of being alone, if only I could apologize. That was all.] The

Chungbuk National Police Agency sent Mr. B without detention for violating the Child Welfare Act the day before.

The police station to which B belongs said today that it has issued a standby order for B.

The reporter asked Mr. B several times for his position, but he did not respond.
