A decision has been made to reveal the identity of 56-year-old Kang Yun-seong, a suspect who killed two women before and after he broke the electronic anklet.



The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency decided to release the identity of Kang Yoon-seong, who was arrested on charges of violating the Act on Murder and Attaching Electronic Devices, at around 3 pm today (2nd).



The Personal Disclosure Deliberation Committee said, "The same method resulted in social unrest by killing two victims in a row. Sufficient evidence was secured to prove the suspect's confession and charges, and the public interest was taken into consideration, such as the crime prevention effect obtained from the disclosure." and explained.
