A man in his 70s was arrested by the police on charges of sexual harassment.

Police believe the crime was committed while riding a bicycle in the early morning hours when there were not many people.

A man wearing a hat and short-sleeved tops and bottoms crosses a crosswalk on a bicycle.



A few minutes later, a woman walks towards where the man was headed.



After a while, a man riding a bicycle hurriedly tries to run away, but after arguing with the woman for a long time, he disappears.



The woman who was left alone threw the bike left by the man several times before leaving, and the man who was hiding behind a car nearby and watched it chased after the woman and gave up.




At around 5:50 a.m. on the 27th, a report was received in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul that a man touched the body of a passing woman and ran away.



The man came here on a bicycle, hid and committed the crime against a woman walking down the street.



The victim is known to have told the police that a man she had met several times while exercising at dawn had sexually assaulted her.



However, this was not the first time this man had committed a crime.



About 10 minutes earlier, he ran away on a bicycle after touching the bodies of two women in their 60s who were passing only 100 meters away.



The victims were sexually harassed on their way to the academy to attend early morning classes.



I informed the instructor of the academy of the damage and reported it to the police.

police, who received the report, found Mr. A, a man in his 70s, near the crime site in the morning of the same day. He was arrested on charges of rape.



The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident, including the motive of the crime, and the crimes against A.
