Heavy rain accompanied by strong winds fell across the country, causing damage in various places.
According to local fire departments, on the 21st, at 11:21 am on the 21st of an apartment in Mora-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan, a window on the veranda was broken by a strong wind, and 52-year-old A was injured and received hospital treatment.
At about 12:27 pm, at the Oncheoncheon Stream in Bugok-dong, Geumjeong-gu, 68-year-old B, who was isolated in the sudden surge of water, was rescued by the 119 rescue team.
In Busan, traffic was controlled in 17 places, including underpasses, and 43 roads were flooded.

At the Mongsanpo car campsite in Nam-myeon, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, a pine tree fell down due to rain accompanied by strong winds around 9:37 a.m. and hit the tents where 8- and 10-year-old girls were staying.
The two children were treated at a nearby hospital and are not life-threatening.
At a marina in Songak-myeon, Dangjin-si, Chungcheongnam-do, a 2-ton fishing boat capsized in a strong wind around 12:27 noon, and two people, including the owner of the boat, fell into the sea to tie the fishing boat at the time.
The owner of the ship was rescued by the Coast Guard, but the other one is still missing.
At around 1:47 pm, when a heavy rain warning was issued, in the area of a factory in Junam-dong, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, a 100-meter-long and 15-meter-high reinforced earth retaining wall collapsed, spilling soil onto the road.
Fortunately, there were no casualties, but a car parked nearby and a part of a temporary building were buried in the soil and a telephone pole collapsed.
In the basement of a building in Buk-myeon, Uichang-gu, Changwon-si, the subgye underpass, and the underground parking lot of a building in Simgok-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, reports of flooding were received, and the fire department carried out drainage support activities.
The operation of the temporary screening and inspection station installed at the Jinyeong Public Stadium in Gimhae was flooded and the operation was suspended from 1pm.
In a building in Sipjeong-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, exterior materials on the 3rd and 4th floors fell in heavy rain accompanied by strong winds and hit a parked vehicle.
In Goseong, Gyeongnam, the outdoor unit on the second floor fell, and in Daebang-dong, Changwon, some of the high-rise signage fell.
It is predicted that the autumn rainy season will continue for about a week.
As of 5 PM, the maximum amount of rain fell in Changwon of 192.5 mm, as well as 186.0 mm in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, 181.4 mm in Namhae, 160.5 mm in Yeosu, 117.0 mm in Jeju, 94.0 mm in Incheon, and 93.5 mm in Taean.
As of 5:00 pm, heavy rain warnings have been lifted for most areas except for some areas in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam and Jeju.
