A man was caught hanging from the roof of a car running on a city road in the middle of the night.

It is a road in Siheung, Gyeonggi-do, around 3:30 a.m. on the 14th.

A red car is passing at high speed, and a man is hanging on top of the car.

Considering that the overtaking vehicle was traveling at 60 km/h at the time, the speed of the red car is estimated to be about 100 km/h, which is a dangerous situation that can lead to a secondary accident.

The vehicle had been running for a while, and when a stop sign came on, it slowly stopped and the person who was hanging on went into the car through the sunroof.

Leaning over the sunroof in a moving vehicle is a violation of the Road Traffic Act and may result in a fine.

Something similar happened earlier this month.

On a road near a beach in Dong-gu, Ulsan, several men who took off their jackets were spotted sitting on a running car. The police found the driver and imposed a fine of 30,000 won for violating safety measures such as passenger protection.
