The state corporation reported that "following the meeting, the parties expressed their conviction of the need and importance of further strengthening both bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the field of space activities within the framework of the Interstate Council on Space of the CIS member states."

"The agreements reached during the meeting will be an important step in expanding Russian-Tajik cooperation and will comprehensively contribute to the development of mutually beneficial partnership between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan in strategically important sectors," added Roscosmos.
