I was informed that a three-year-old child died in Incheon, leaving him alone at home.

The mother of the child left the house again after finding her dead daughter and reported it belatedly, but when I checked the recording of the 911 call at the time, there was a circumstance that said that she left the child with the boiler turned on at a high temperature during the heat wave.

This is the exclusive report by reporter Shin Jeong-eun.

<Reporter> The

119 report was received last Saturday (7th) at 3:36 pm.

A, the mother of a three-year-old girl who died, repeats only 'hello' and is unable to properly speak.

After a while, he says, "The boiler is on 'hot' and the baby is not breathing" and "It seems dead."

I am trying to guide first aid in the emergency room in the emergency room, but Mr. A sobs that he is in 'cardiac arrest'.

“I gave water to the child’s body and turned on the air conditioner,” he said, “and bugs come out of his body.”

The control room also notices a strange feeling, and asks when they last saw the child.

Mr. A's answer is "yesterday", "I was scared and didn't know where to report it," he confesses.

Person A explained, "When I came back from going out, the boiler was 'high temperature' and the house was very hot, and the child was lying on his stomach."

[Jung Chun-suk / Democratic Party Assemblyman: (Child) died while neglected in the heat, but if you look at the transcript of 119, it is said that the boiler was turned on at high temperature. The time and circumstances of the death must be thoroughly investigated... .] The

National Forensic Service gave the first opinion that the child's body was decomposed and the time of death could not be estimated.

[Birth mother A: (When did you see the last appearance of a living child?) … … .] While

checking whether the boiler was actually turned on at a high temperature, the police are considering whether to apply the child abuse and murder charge to Mr. A, which is a heavier sentence than the child abuse charge.
