The Seoul Gwangjin Police Station announced today (6th) that they were arresting and investigating Mr. A (60) on charges of threatening the police with a weapon after detaining his wife.
Mr. A is accused of detaining his wife, who was drinking together in a villa in Gwangjin-gu around 3:25 pm yesterday.
The police, who arrived after receiving a report from A's family, found A's wife wrapped in plastic inside the house.
A was subdued while threatening a police officer with a weapon and saying he would injure himself.
In the process, Mr. A suffered minor injuries to his hand, and it was determined that the victim was not injured.
The police plan to review the application for an arrest warrant after investigating the exact motive for the crime against Mr.
