NASA has named the reason for the cancellation of the launch of Starliner

As noted by the agency, the decision to postpone the launch to the ISS was made due to "unexpected readings of the valve position in the propulsion system" of the spacecraft.

The next opportunity for another start attempt is expected on Wednesday 4th August.

Earlier it was reported that Boeing canceled the test launch of the Starliner spacecraft to the ISS.
