Kim Woo-nam, the head of the Korea Horse Association, who received a 'recommendation for dismissal' for swearing and swearing at an employee who refused to hire an aide, was suspended today (30th).



The reasons for the suspension are known to include hiring irregularities and retaliation against victims.



If an executive of a public institution is suspected of misconduct in hiring, the competent department is required to request an investigation and suggest the suspension of his/her duties to the appointing authority.
