MCC specialists corrected the orbit of MLM "Science"

The CEO of the state corporation announced this in his Telegram channel.

"At 16:43:07 Moscow time, a single-pulse correction of the MLM Nauka orbit was carried out by the correction and rendezvous engine No. 1," he wrote.

Rogozin added that after talking with the crew on the ISS, he made sure that the station was ready for docking with the MLM at Roscosmos.

On the website of the state corporation it is noted that this was the final correction of the orbit - in the future, such events are not planned before the docking of "Science" with the ISS.

On Monday, July 26, the Pirs module, which had been in orbit for 20 years, was undocked from the ISS using the Progress MS-16 cargo vehicle. Together with the Progress MS-16 cargo ship, it was sunk in the Pacific Ocean.
