Today (29th) around 0:40 a.m., near the three-way intersection of Michuhol-gu Office in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, a car driven by a 30-year-old Mr. Kim collided with a power pole.

In the accident, Kim suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital.

It is known that Kim caused an accident while running away from the police who were dispatched after receiving a report of drunk driving.

The police said they smelled alcohol during the rescue process and are planning to determine the exact cause of the accident based on the driver's blood collection and black box video.


Last night around 11pm, at the Dangjin Junction of the Seohaean Expressway in Dangjin-si, Chungnam, a car driven by a 55-year-old Mr. Kim hit Mr. Park, who was working on road repairs.

Park was seriously injured and is being treated at the hospital.

Police said that Kim was in a state of intoxication at the level of revocation of his license, and is checking the exact circumstances of the accident.
