When a teammate was slapped in the face by a boss in the presence of outsiders, the boss, the perpetrator, was reinstated after being suspended, and internal testimony that the victim actually resigned was also revealed.



Even if you report workplace harassment, such as abusive remarks from your boss or work orders during holidays, the company has not investigated poorly or recognized matters that clearly constitute harassment as harassment.



In a survey of about 2,000 people, half of all employees, more than half said they had experienced workplace bullying at least once in the past six months.
