In Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, a cousin and a younger brother who lived together died in different places, and the police launched an investigation.
Today (24th) around 9:10 am, a woman in her 30s, A, who fell from the 14th floor of an apartment in Yatap-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, died.
Police suspect that the deceased person A made an extreme choice.
At around 3:30 pm, a woman in her 20s, A's cousin, B, was found dead in a villa in Taepyeong-dong, Seongnam-si, where A had originally lived.
The two have been known to have lived together until now.
"There were no traces of an outsider's intrusion into the villa where Mr. B died," the police explained.
The police confirmed that Mr. A was coming out of the villa in Taepyeong-dong this morning, and he also acquired a weapon inside the house.
The police will request an autopsy from the National Institute of Scientific Investigation to determine the cause of B's death, while investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
