At a motel, five teenagers accused of sprinkling filth and gang assault on a high school girl with intellectual disabilities have been put on trial.



The Incheon District Prosecutor's Office for Women and Children Crime Investigation (Prosecutor Bong-Jun Kim) arrested and indicted A (17) and B (17) on charges of joint injury, joint confinement, joint assault, and joint coercion under the Act on Punishment for Violence and Other Acts. day) said.



Prosecutors indicted C (16), who is charged with co-injury under the Violence Act, and two other teenagers, who are charged with joint confinement or aiding in co-injury under the Violence Act.



The prosecution conducted a reinforcement investigation after five teens, including Miss A, were sent from the police on the 1st of this month, and extended the detention period of 10 days.



Ms. A and others are accused of assaulting and injuring a D (16), a grade 3 intellectually disabled Ms., at a motel in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon around 9 pm on the 16th of last month.



At that time, when Miss D's mother could not reach her daughter, she checked the location with a smartphone application, went to the motel, found her naked daughter covered in filth, and reported it to the police.



Ms. D was admitted to a nearby hospital and received treatment, and it was reported that her eyes, nose, and ears were severely swollen due to the assault.



Among the five teenagers who took part in the crime, Miss A and Miss B were also investigated for assaulting Miss D at a motel on the 12th of the same month.



Ms. D's mother wrote on the bulletin board of the Blue House petition, saying, "Ms. A hit her daughter with her clothes off and poured conditioner, shampoo, banana, ashtray, chewing gum, and toilet bowl water on her head, and even filmed a video." urged them to be severely punished.



Some of the perpetrators said that the police said, "I thought Ms. D was gossiping, so I hit her."
