Among the participants of the KCTU rally held in downtown Seoul on the 3rd, three people were confirmed.



After the first patient was confirmed, two additional patients were confirmed as a result of testing colleagues.



The quarantine authorities said they could not accurately identify the source of the infection.



The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) has issued an administrative order for diagnostic testing for all assembly attendees, stating that the incubation period is usually within 4 to 5 days, so the possibility of infection at the assembly is not high, but it cannot be excluded as it is within the maximum incubation period.

The online temporary delegate meeting, which was scheduled to vote on the general strike plan in October, has also been postponed in consideration of the current situation.



At the same time, the Confederation of Trade Unions demanded that the route of infection of union members who were confirmed to be confirmed should be clearly identified, saying that it could cause serious conflicts during the fourth pandemic.
