This is in response to the government raising the distance to the highest level in the metropolitan area, where the spread of COVID-19 is strong.



According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, the 4th phase of the metropolitan area will be implemented for two weeks from 00:00 today to 12:00 pm on the 25th.



From then on, the 4 levels may be extended or downgraded depending on the epidemic situation.



Individuals who do not comply with the limit on the number of people at private meetings are subject to a fine of up to 100,000 won, and businesses that do not properly notify quarantine rules or have multiple violations are subject to a fine of up to 3 million won.



The government brought out the 4th level ultra-strength card to minimize the spread of COVID-19 by limiting the number of private gatherings and minimizing social contact in the metropolitan area.



After 6 pm, according to the 'ban on gatherings of more than 3 people', you can meet up to 2 people, so it is practically a 'night outing' restriction.



This action is in effect from 6pm to 5am the next day.



Immediate family gatherings are subject to the same size limit.



Previously, immediate family members could gather up to eight people, but this time, no exceptions were made.



The limit of the number of people also applies to ceremonies of immediate family members.



Even if you are visiting from another country, if you hold a ancestral rite in the metropolitan area where step 4 is in effect, only two people are allowed after 6 pm.



However, some exceptions are allowed for the care of children and the elderly.



First of all, if you live together, you can eat at a restaurant outside the house, even if there are 3 or more people after 6pm.



Also, immediate family members who do not live together like grandparents but take care of children are excluded from the limit of the number of private gatherings.



Childcare workers who are not immediate family members but live together are also recognized as exceptions.



The number of people for meetings, etc. is also limited.



A maximum of 49 relatives can attend a wedding or funeral.




All large events are prohibited.



Gatherings are also prohibited except for one-person demonstrations.



Hiking is also a private gathering.



Even if you climb before 6 pm, if there are more than 2 people when descending after 6 pm, you may be subject to the limit of the number of people.



Taxi rides after 6pm are limited to 2 people.



Outdoor golf rounds are also subject to the limit of the number of private gatherings.



After 6pm, only two people, excluding the caddy, can play golf together.



In the case of team sports, exceptions to the limit of the number of private meetings are allowed only for business facilities where the facility manager is designated as the quarantine manager.



In futsal, up to 15 players, 1.5 times the number of players, and in baseball, a team is counted as 9 players, so up to 27 players.



Activities at senior citizens' centers or welfare centers are not considered private gatherings, so there is no limit on the number of gatherings.



Multi-use facilities are closed or have limited operating hours.



Club Nights, Hunting Pochas, Emotional Bars, Nightlife Bars, Colatek Ballrooms, Hold'em Pubs and Hold'em Game Centers must be closed for two more weeks until the 25th of this month.



Restaurants, cafes, cinemas, PC rooms, reading rooms, academies, and indoor sports facilities are only open until 10:00 PM.




In addition, general retail convenience stores with a facility area of ​​more than 300 square meters (about 90 pyeong) must be closed after 10 pm.



Performance halls may also be open until 10 PM if the rules are followed.



Even in Stage 4, up to 5,000 people can watch concerts and performances when the reserved seat system is in operation.



However, in accordance with the Performance Act, indoor and outdoor performances in the form of temporary performances other than regular performance facilities are not permitted regardless of genre.



Sports events are held without spectators, and only non-face-to-face worship services at religious facilities are possible.



Indoor sports facilities are open until 10 pm, but quarantine rules vary slightly depending on the type of sport or facility.




Please note that table tennis is limited to a maximum of 2 hours in the facility.



Doubles matches and competitions are prohibited.



GX-type exercises such as group dance, spinning, aerobics, hot yoga, gymnastics class, and jumping rope must maintain the music speed at 100-120 bpm.



It is known that the songs I listen to a lot while exercising, such as Psy's 'Champion', are over 120bpm.



For fitness, the treadmill speed must be less than 6 km/h, and showers are not available.



Exercises that require contact with opponents, such as sparring, sparring, and competitions at the gym are also restricted.
