The biggest feature of this month's vaccinations is that Pfizer and Moderna are mainly two mRNA vaccines.

High school senior high school students and high school staff starting on the 19th, daycare teachers starting on the 28th, kindergarten, elementary and middle school teachers, and carers will all receive the Pfizer vaccine.

People aged 60 to 74, whose vaccinations have been delayed due to lack of supplies, will receive Pfizer vaccine from the 5th, but if their reservation is canceled due to health or other reasons, they will receive the Moderna vaccine from the 26th.

People in their 50s are also vaccinated with Moderna.

For those aged 55 to 59, the pre-registration starts on the 12th and the vaccination starts on the 26th.

For those aged 50-54, reservations start on the 19th and start on the 9th of the next month.

At 44 business sites, including steel and automobiles, 390,000 people receive the Moderna vaccine at in-house hospitals.

The vaccination period is similar to that of other general people, and it is correct from the age of 50.

The general public between the ages of 18 and 49 is expected to start getting vaccinated by the end of next month.

The AstraZeneca vaccine does not work.

This is because the age limit for vaccination has significantly increased from the current under 30 to under 50.

[Jeong Eun-kyung/Director of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: Considering the fact that the benefits are clearly higher than the risks from the age of 50, reflecting the current status of thrombocytopenic thrombosis, it has been decided to raise the recommended age for vaccination.]

Accordingly, those who received the first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine in the first half of the year Among those under the age of 50, the second dose is Pfizer vaccine.

A second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine is given to people 50 years of age and older.

In addition, those who are expected to enlist in the military will receive the Pfizer vaccine from the 12th.

The health authorities decided to attach a sticker of a different color for each vaccine to the subject to be vaccinated to prevent incorrect vaccination.
