The bereaved family criticized the Ministry of National Defense Joint Investigation Team as shifting responsibility to the Military Prosecutor's Investigation Review Committee, and that the Investigation Review Committee was acting as a shield.



The Ministry of National Defense Investigation Headquarters pointed out that only after criticism from public opinion came out, the person involved was criminally booked, and the Office of the Inspector General did not make a accusation even though the allegations were revealed.



The bereaved family also expressed dissatisfaction with the Investigation Deliberation Committee, saying that even though the Ministry of National Defense Prosecutor's Office indicted about 20 people, the Investigation Deliberation Committee only indicted three people.



He also emphasized the need for a parliamentary investigation into the state.



The Ministry of National Defense Investigation Headquarters has criminally booked the 20th Wing Military Police Battalion Commander, who was originally scheduled to be referred to the Disciplinary Committee, according to the recommendation of the Investigation Deliberation Committee.



According to the Ministry of National Defense, the head of the 15th Squadron's operation and control division and the radar maintenance team leader have also been booked as suspects, which the family filed an additional complaint on the 25th.



Separately, the Air Force fired the 20th Wing's military police battalion commander, the chief investigative officer, the military prosecutor, and the public-appointed lawyer of the Air Force Headquarters' legal office.
