few days ago, the wheel of a vehicle running on an abandoned road with the floor manhole cover opened came off. The cost of repairing the vehicle alone was tens of millions of won, but the compensation is delayed as the local governments shift the responsibility of management to each other.

The wheel is missing from the manhole cover.
The cost of repair alone was 20 million won due to damage to the underside of the vehicle, but what made the driver even more embarrassed was the action taken by the relevant agencies after the accident.
Ulju-gun shifts responsibility to
Ulsan City,
and
[Ulju-gun official: It is a facility managed by Ulsan Metropolitan City. The city says there is no liability insurance.] The
city is also in the position of a manhole that has nothing to do with them.

is the road where the accident occurred.
The word “Osu” is written on this manhole cover. As such, the sewage pipe is responsible for management and compensation to Ulju-gun, a local government.
Ulju-gun later acknowledged its management responsibility, but the road to receiving compensation is still daunting.
Unlike other local governments, Ulju-gun does not purchase related insurance, so there is no point other than national liability for compensation.
