Late at night, a car on the road staggers.

The wheel is missing from the manhole cover.

The cost of repair alone was 20 million won due to damage to the underside of the vehicle, but what made the driver even more embarrassed was the action taken by the relevant agencies after the accident.

The word “Osu” is written on this manhole cover. As such, the sewage pipe is responsible for management and compensation to Ulju-gun, a local government.

Ulju-gun later acknowledged its management responsibility, but the road to receiving compensation is still daunting.

Unlike other local governments, Ulju-gun does not purchase related insurance, so there is no point other than national liability for compensation.

Far from taking safety measures, damage from the accident I don't know how to compensate for it, but only the caring driver is suffering.
