A 70-year-old man who was at home in the fire was taken to the hospital after inhaling smoke, but eventually died.
It is known that A, who has a disability, was unable to evacuate due to poor mobility.
When the fire broke out, about 50 residents of the apartment evacuated on their own or were rescued with the help of security guards.
