After maintaining the 500 level for three days in a row, it fell below 500 again on the fourth day.

By region, there were 354 confirmed cases in the metropolitan area, including 197 in Seoul, accounting for 77.6% of domestic cases, and 102 in non-metropolitan areas.

The spread has slowed somewhat, but daily infections continue.

In the metropolitan area, there are 300 confirmed cases every day, and sporadic group infections are continuing in daily living spaces such as restaurants, cathedrals, indoor sports facilities, and private institutes across the country.

About 507,000 people received the first dose of the corona vaccine yesterday, and the cumulative number of first doses has reached 15 million.

The primary vaccination rate of the total population also rose to 28.8%.

The number of people who completed all vaccinations was about 4.1 million, 7.8% of the population.

The new social distancing system reform plan to be applied from next month will be announced tomorrow.

The plan to reduce the current 5 steps to 4 steps will include measures to increase the number of people available for private gatherings and minimize the ban on business in multi-use facilities.
