A formwork collapsed at the construction site of the Sabang Dam in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, killing one worker and injuring two others.
Today (16th) around 11:30 am, the formwork collapsed at the construction site of a four-way dam in Yangseong-myeon, Chungju-si.
In the accident, three daily workers who were working at the time were injured and taken to the hospital, one of them eventually died.
It is said that the formwork collapsed while they were pouring concrete and was spread on structures and soil.
The police and the Ministry of Employment and Labor are investigating whether or not they comply with safety rules against construction workers.
