The amendment to the Building Management Act, which reports the start of construction to the local government when building dismantling works, and requires supervisors to reside on-site for high-risk construction, passed the subcommittee on the National Land, Infrastructure and Transport Act.
If it is promulgated after the standing committee, the plenary session, and the approval of the president, it will be enforced three months later.
