13th, around 6 am, a 911 call was received at an officetel in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul.
A man in his 20s reported, 'The friend I live with seems dangerous' and 'No matter how much I call, the friend doesn't wake up'.
To the 119 Situation Room staff who asked what was going on, the reporter replied, 'I haven't been feeling well for a few days, and I somehow ate food, but I didn't eat well'.
A man in his 20s, who was found nude when paramedics and the police arrived, is already dead.
[Witness: When I saw the police car, I thought, 'Someone must have come because someone else was sick.' There were two or three police cars.]
Two men in their 20s accused of abusing and killing Mr. A after locking him in an officetel are urgently called to the police Arrested.
Person A, who died, was not diagnosed with a disability, but was said to have suffered difficulties in daily life, such as stuttering and making defecation errors.
