A man in his 20s reported, 'The friend I live with seems dangerous' and 'No matter how much I call, the friend doesn't wake up'.



To the 119 Situation Room staff who asked what was going on, the reporter replied, 'I haven't been feeling well for a few days, and I somehow ate food, but I didn't eat well'.



A man in his 20s, who was found nude when paramedics and the police arrived, is already dead.
