A body with an iron cord wrapped around his waist was found in a reservoir, and the police launched an investigation.
The Cheongyang Police Station in Chungcheongnam-do said yesterday (13th) at 11:49 a.m., a worker who was working on an optical cable installation on the road near the Chilgap Reservoir in Cheongyang-gun discovered a dead body that had risen above the reservoir and reported it to the police.
The body had a 0.5 cm thick wire wound around the waist, and the hands and feet were not bound.
Police are concentrating their investigation efforts on identifying the body while keeping all possibilities open, including the possibility of criminal involvement, while securing a closed circuit TV around the reservoir.
However, it is known that the corruption is so severe that it is difficult for the police to verify the identity.
