Of the 452 new confirmed cases yesterday, 419 were domestic cases, excluding 33 imported cases.



By region, 329 cases were confirmed in the metropolitan area and 90 cases were confirmed in non-metropolitan areas.



As a major cluster infection case, 10 people have been infected so far at a bar in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi-do, and 6 people have been confirmed at a steel mill in Suncheon, Jeollanam-do.



Three people died yesterday during corona treatment, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,985.



Yesterday, about 380,000 people received the first dose of the vaccine, and the number of cumulative first doses increased to 11.8 million, and the vaccination rate compared to the total population is 23%.



The social distancing phase and the ban on private gatherings of more than five people, which were originally scheduled to end today, have been extended for three weeks.



However, entry restrictions on sports venues and popular music venues will be eased to a large extent starting tomorrow.



In the case of sports venues, the metropolitan area will increase from 10% to 30% of the total seating capacity, and non-metropolitan areas will increase from 30% to 50%.



Popular music venues such as K-pop concerts can accommodate up to 4,000 people, regardless of whether indoors or outdoors.



However, stadiums and performance halls must comply with quarantine rules such as wearing a mask at all times, prohibiting movement outside of designated seats, and prohibiting shouts and slogans.
