Yesterday (10th) around 2 am, a minor group A was arrested at a motel near Sinchon, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, who had 170 illegally filmed footage.
Group A entered the motel with the victim, woman B, using another person's resident registration card stored in the mobile phone.
However, when Mr. B, who felt strange, checked the cell phone of Mr. A, there were photos and videos that appeared to have been taken without consent.
It is known that Mr. B went out into the hallway and asked a guest in another room for help, and the guest reported it to the police.
After receiving the report, the police rushed to the scene and found and arrested the group A, who was looking for Mr. B.
About 170 illegally filmed videos and encrypted contacts were found on Army A's cell phone secured by the police.
The police have booked Group A for violating the Special Act on Sexual Violence Crimes and the Resident Registration Act, and are investigating how the video and photos were taken.
