OnePlus has announced the OnePlus Nord CE (Core Edition).

The phone is a slightly simplified version of the OnePlus Nord that appeared last year and is therefore also cheaper.

The Nord CE has a 6.43-inch screen.

Images can be refreshed ninety times per second and should therefore look smoother than regular 60Hz screens.

The device has three cameras on the back.

There is a 64 megapixel camera, an 8 megapixel wide-angle lens and a 2 megapixel monochrome lens.

This makes it possible to take black-and-white photos, for example, without loss of details.

OnePlus has equipped the phone with a headphone jack and a battery with a capacity of 4,500 mAh.

It also has a Snapdragon 750G chip, which supports 5G.

Three versions appear.

The variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage costs 299 euros.

In addition, there is a version with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage (329 euros) and a Nord CE with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage for 399 euros.

The phone will hit the market on June 12.
