A woman in her 20s who stabbed her boyfriend with a knife while fighting over a picture of her ex-girlfriend stored on her boyfriend's computer has been sentenced to probation in the first trial.

Judge Kim Ji-young of the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced 29-year-old Hong-mo, who was charged with special injuries, to two years in prison and four years of probation and ordered 200 hours of community service.

Hong was handed over to trial on charges of stabbing Mr. A in the stomach with a knife from the kitchen after hitting Mr. A's face several times with his hand while arguing with his lover at around 4 am in June last year.

When Mr. A, who was stabbed with a knife, pushed Mr. Hong, Mr. Hong ran again and bit his arm and thigh with his mouth.

It was investigated that Hong was outraged when he saw photos of women he had met in the past stored on his computer and committed the crime.

After that, when Mr. A asked Mr. Hong to break up with him, Mr. Hong threatened with a text message this time, such as 'I will go and kill him' along with abusive language.

The court explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The quality of the crime is not good," but "the defendant admitted his mistake and took into account the fact that an agreement was reached."
